This policy covers the AIGUISAGE CL advertising pages hosted atmobile.aiguisagecl.com. Last updated: September 9, 2026.

What we collect, and why

When you fill out the appointment form, we collect your first name, last name, email, phone number, city and postal code. Your street address is optional. We also collect what you tell us about the items to sharpen, roughly how many, and when you are available.

There is one purpose: to call you back and schedule the truck. City and postal code tell us whether you are inside our service area and where your request fits in a route.

This information reaches us whether or not you accept cookies. Recording your request does not depend on any cookie, tag or advertising consent.

Who receives your information

Google Analytics, Ads, Maps, YouTube — collected via google-analytics.com and googletagmanager.com	Traffic data, the identifier of the ad you clicked, and the text you type if you turn on address lookup.	Only if you accept. Address lookup loads only after you explicitly click for it, and a video contacts YouTube only when you press play.

How long we keep it

Two periods, depending on what your request became. They apply everywhere your request goes on our side: the log, our customer system and the emails we receive.

Your request went nowhere — no appointment, no service:2 years, then it is deleted.
You became a customer, meaning a service was performed and invoiced:7 years. That is how long the law requires us to keep accounting records.
The technical queue at Cloudflare, which is only a relay: your request is deleted as soon as it has been delivered to us, usually within five minutes. A 30-day cap applies if our collection system goes down.
At our providers (Web3Forms, Google): under their own policies.

You can ask us to delete your information before those deadlines. See "Your rights" below.

What your browser stores

Your cookie choice, so we do not ask again on every visit. It stays on your device.
A technical identifier for your submission, for 24 hours, along with a fingerprint of your request and the identifier our server assigned to it. They exist for one reason: to stop a retry from creating a second request. The fingerprint is a one-way calculation — your contact details are not in it in readable form and cannot be recovered from it.
The identifier of the ad you clicked and the campaign parameters that came with it — only if you accepted advertising, and erased as soon as you decline it.
A marker that a visit has already been counted, for up to 30 days, so it is not counted twice if you come back.

These stay on your device. They do not reach us other than through the channels described above.

Withdrawing your consent

The "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page reopens the choice screen. You can accept, reject, or set audience measurement and advertising separately, at any time. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: sending stops and the advertising identifier stored on your device is erased.

Withdrawal cannot recall information already sent. Your sharpening request keeps working exactly the same way.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write toinfo@aiguisagecl.com or call us. We answer within the 30 days the law provides.
